Great breakfast. Very responsive and helpful staff.

My wife and I spent five days of our honeymoon there, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel has excellent facilities, and everything is beautiful and immaculate. However, what truly stands out is the staff. The service is absolutely wonderful. We can only be grateful for every smile and for the kindness of every single person who works there. We would also like to thank all of these wonderful people. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I were looking for some relief from the Sydney winter and to escape the life rush and lazzz around for a week . The Tandjung Sari in July was an excellent choice for our needs . The staff are efficient and friendly, the restaurant and bar are of a quality standard . Geographically the beach position of TS is the jewel in the crown, with beautiful white sand , clean lagoon water and many beautiful old trees which set a a tranquil ambience. The only criticism is the pool could do with...

We literally could not fault The Four Seasons Jimbaran. The location is stunning and feels tucked away and peaceful yet you’re within an easy stroll of beach from cafes and restaurants should you want to venture out an experience local cuisine. We also loved that the property has a very traditional Balinese feel to it - made for such a special feel to the place. The staff were fantastic also. Worthwhile downloading the Four Seasons app so you can just message the staff should you need anything....

We stayed at The Oberoi over the EAster break and it was our second time there in 1 year. We booked 2 garden rooms and they were perfect. Near the pool and very private and peaceful. This place is amazing. Fantastic service and staff, this hotel is 5 star all the way. My daughter was sick and they called a doctor that arrived within 20 minutes. The hotel charged the doctor's visit to our account which meant it was convenient as I didn't have to come up with the money on the spot. The...

Incredible property - the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. Beautiful classic interiors, delicious food, stunning grounds, and incredible customer service. A gift that keeps on giving.

Love this hotel. Stayed there over Christmas with my family. The staff are lovely and always helpful. The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable. The location is great, not busy but close to the action if you want to take advantage of Ubud city centre.

Great resort if you want to relax and enjoy a natural unspoilt environment that is right on the beach protected from most winds with rolling waves. Great base to explore West Bali from.

Amazing new resort, very helpful and friendly staff, fantastic food, breakfast is great, I had an excellent steak for dinner. I highly recommend this resort. One minor issue is that there is no bathroom upstairs where the bedroom is in their villas, you have to go downstairs for bathroom needs.

From the moment of arrival to the last moment when we had to leave for the airport departure all of my expectations and hopes for a tranquil, relaxing holiday were not simply met but highly exceeded. The beauty of the resort complex, the luxury of the villas, the calmness of the breaking of the waves, the whistling of the wind, the ambience that encircled the entire complex was far more than I sought. Having said all of this, there was something beyond these features that made this resort...

The pools and access to the beach are great

Absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 4 nights in the private pool villa with valley view. The room was incredible, spacious and clean and serviced twice a day if needed. The staff from the reception, to the restaurant, to the cleaners and gardeners were all extremely friendly and made us feel more than welcome. There wasn’t a single staff member that didn’t greet us with a big smile as we walked past. The reception staff and buggy drivers remembered our names and always were genuinely...

Beautiful resort, lovely private villa with pool in a quiet picturesque part of Ubud. The Spa service was amazing. All the staff were exceptional, with nothing being too difficult.

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had away and the staff were so friendly. The property was clean and well maintained and not loud and noisy. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful trees and surroundings

This place is absolute magic. The hotel is gorgeous. We had a bath on the balcony. Having a bath sitting in the jungle with storms rolling in was a beautiful experience. The room is stunning. Comfortable bed. Food was good. Only complaint is they need cable like foxtel because the tv reception doesn’t work. Can’t log into Netflix (even though they say you can- it didn’t work and they don’t have their own account) so we had to watch movies through YouTube. This is not ideal. They really need...
