"While I was not pleased with some check-in confusion, I was very pleased with the service and mostly impressed with the kindness of the staff. I also appreciated the managers responses and attention to our initial concerns. I would definitely be returning to Bali and staying here. Thank you! "
"The location is perfect, it connects to the Beachwalk, which is a mall with shops and food abound.
As for the room itself, I found that the design of the shower was kind of off. The shower door opened outward, which caused the droplets of water to wet the bathroom floor, which was very annoying.
The breakfast area was kind of small, and during the peak time the egg service could not handle the orders. It took more than 20 minutes to get my omelet ready.
Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay."
