"This property is NOT accessible -- you must climb a decent set of stairs into the lobby and to get to any floors on the property. My brother walks with a cane so this was a significant problem for us. The room was clean, but in disrepair with peeling paint and caulking. I couldn't fill the bathtub without running out of hot water, which happened twice. Sound carried through the walls and ceiling at all hours. Staff were cheerful and as helpful as they could be, but it didn't make up for the building being the way it was. It needs significant upgrades. I will not be staying here again. "

"I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room felt unclean from the moment we arrived. We found what appeared to be bed mites in the bed, and we were itching throughout the night. The carpet had visible stains, and the towels did not look properly washed. The room was also cold, and the bedding did not feel fresh. The bathroom was not well maintained — the shower wasn’t working properly, and the toiletries provided were very poor quality and did not provide enough. The only positive part of the stay was the breakfast which included eggs, yogurt, bread, tea, coffee and fruits. The staff were friendly, but the service was inconsistent."
