This hotel is so fun! Very creative decorations, lots of fun video games and, entertainment, good vibes, and the staff were amazing! I looked that there is a ski shop right in the hotel, very convenient for renting equipment.

Breakfast could be vastly improved. The scrambled eggs were like soup. Just the look of them turned my stomach. Fortunately breakfast wasn’t included so we grabbed something in town instead.

We had a fun stay. It was easy to get to the ski fields on the bus, and very convenient having the restaurant, ski shop, laundry etc in the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were compact, and a bit “hazardous” due to all the stairs and low edges to bang your head on, but we learnt to be careful. Would happily stay again.

Great hotel for families with a fun theme
My kids absolutely loved the theme and amenities of the hotel. The room layout was a creative balance of accommodating a family of 4 while utilizing the most space. Close to the ski resorts and chamonix. The restaurant and bar had great options. At some point the power went off but it was like 5 mins so no big deal. I really wish I had booked a longer stay!

Had a wonderful night here with our kids on a drive to Chamonix. Facilities were fantastic, live music in the lobby a great bar and food options. Parking was secure at the back of the hotel and the rooms were ideal for families with kids having a bed each. Free water and coffee was a nice touch too - beds a bit firm was the only downside if I was being super critical!

A remarkable theme hotel
A very good theme hotel, that please to all family members. New room, with beds in upper and lower deck connecting by a ladder, in fancy star-war decoration, while corridors covered by space-invader carpet. Very spacious car park free of charge. Nice footed and free drinking water available 7x24. A very remarkable hotel for all!

Staff friendly and breakfast was amazing. AC is European standard and rooms got stuffy sometimes as the temperature got warmer. Not much circulation, could've used a little fan. The mezzanine steps were a little steep and tricky in the middle of the night. I wouldn't recommend that room for older people but I would highly recommend the Rocky Pop.

Research the brand before you book. Shame on us.
As Americans we were not familiar with the brand and were surprised when we got there and the common area was filled with kids and smelled strongly of fish. The room was nice and the shower was great.

Nice stay with breathtaking views
A brilliant quality hotel to stay in if you are going to stay in the French side of the Alps. With brilliant views from everywhere you look, Rocky Pop is hard to deny! Staff are very friendly, and the hotel instantly gives you a good impression, with a fantastic lobby room. Our room is a bit like a youth’s hostel, so it might be unsafe for little children. Although it was a bit dangerous with the stairs. it was well designed, and it really worked. Sadly, we didn’t get to try breakfast Like I said, it was like a hostel, so there were a lot of youths. Thanks Rocky Pop for the great experience in the Alps to remember!

This is by far one of the best hotels that we've stayed at. The staff are friendly and the hotel is well designed for children. They offer a play area, video games, and outdoor play structure. The thoughtfulness to the decor is really appreciated and it appeals to guests of all ages. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had offered at a hotel. RockyPop is awesome and we were sad to leave. I'd totally recommend a stay at this hotel.

Good hotel but bad communication
The hotel is good, nice location and good food. Our problems were the hotel & hotels.com have not worked together and we became the ones who had to fix it. I paid a large deposit 9 months ago but they had no record of this, so I had to prove & argue at the desk that I have paid. Even after I proved the money was sent I had to discuss it with the staff 3 times. This should be taken up between the parties and not the customer, it’s a shame as it put a dark cloud over a good hotel.
