"We stayed at Casa de Herencia which was just behind the church. It was decent. Lots of bugs though on the ground floor but the sheets and beds were clean. You can't expect too much from an old house but they did their best to maintain it. The staff overall were very helpful and accommodating though the front desk girl was a bit annoying. The manager also did not want to honor Senior Citizen's Discount for an extra bed we requested, which was a bit off-putting. The breakfast at the restaurant was...

"I filtered the selection to rooms with bath tubs. I even put it in the remarks section before check in. I only found out that there's no bath tub upon entering the room. The room also reeked of bleach. Bath shampoo at gel containers won't dispense properly. Shower will only work if full pressure. "

"At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. I totally recommend."

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"I liked that the room was quite large and spacious. It was rather remote and out of the way. I wish the electrical outlets had been 3 prong. I tried to request an adapter but it seemed they only had one and someone else was using it. I ended up pulling the guard plate off and plugging in my laptop using just two prongs. I was a bit worried about an electrical fire, but it ended up working out okay in the end. That was the only issue I experienced there. The staff was very nice and accommodating....
