As it was our last stay in Bali vaction and coconuts beach resort ruined our vacation. No cleanliness, nothing ... Hotels . com show great images on their listing but all are fake images .. bad experience with hotels . com and coconuts beach resort

I’m sure this was a great resort in its day but wow needs major work Bed linen cushions stained and question if clean. Showers dribbled water. Air cons poor. Walls peeling Pool furniture stained and ripped and pool tiles broken Breakfast poor

Do not stay here Great location and view however the hotel is deserted and run down not to mention absolutely filthy dirty. Staff have little interest and you have to ask for everything Expedia you should not have this hotel on your website

Small things can make a big difference

This place needs serious attention. A coat of paint, some cement and a bit of effort could make this place a real gem. Staff also don’t care about service. Of all the staff, only Wyhan (spelling?) seemed to actually care. Kudos to her but that’s where it ends. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Camping in Lembongan... with holes in your tent

Beautiful property with one of the best views off the infinity pool. Every single staff member is friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast every morning was pleasant and relaxing... With that said... The actual stay is camping at a resort...at best. Very old huts and shame on the owners for not putting up the money to fix it at a premium location. The hut gets hot with old AC units that doesn't do much. The sheets and towels have seen better days. The hut is not insolated very well with things crawling in and laying eggs at the roof top and on to the bed. I would like to go to sleep without getting bites and worry about a spider crawling on me. Here, you are practically sleeping outside with every living element on the island you can encounter...which we did. Oh, and the bonus of prayer chant at 6 am every day blasting. Didn't bother me so much since I'm an early riser, but if you are not, bring ear plugs.

Lovely hotel, getting old but with an amazing view

The fellow running the restaurant with the moustache, needs a new career. Everything was too hard for him i think, never smiled very negative, really did not want to be there. Others were lovely.

Very old and dated. We were put in one of the top villas and had 149 steep steps to walk to get from our villa to reception/pool. Breakfast nice. I did have an issue with cleaniness and I was desperate to wash the windows of the villa as they were very dirty!

Stayed here several times over the last 8 years, but is in poor condition overall. We had a new hot water unit and a/c in our room. The views are the best thing about this hotel. There was never enough pool towels on both days of our stay. The pool furniture needs to be replaced. The cost of the stay was not value for money, while we were there we checked out several other hotels. Unfortunately maintenance is not a big priority in a lot of hotels in Bali. Probably won’t be staying here again.

Needs some updating

Good spot with a good view set high up on the hill (lots of stairs involved) Rooms could really do with a makeover and staff were not very friendly at all considering all the other places we have been on our journey through Indonesia. We put it to the test and left a Bintang bottle on the table at the pool that is next to reception and it was still there 3 days later the 4th day it was removed. Weeds have overtaken the once beautiful gardens must have new management to previous stays

We enjoyed our stay at Coconuts! The resort is a little dated but is in a fantastic location and has great pools, bar and restaurant. Staff speak basic English and are attentive when you need them. The resort isn’t a 5 star so don’t go there expecting too much and you will have an enjoyable holiday like we did.

Great place

What a great spot overlooking main surf breaks. Easy access beach's, restaurants and bars. The staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for you. A couple of down sides, the food was ordinary but there are many other places nearby to eat and unless your fit get a villa towards the lower part of the property. Overall for the money you won't get better

Room was ok , but gave us the wrong beds and put us in another room overlooking the back of the kitchen. staff was excellent.Once off the boat we had to carry our luggage about a kilometre to get there.The pool table and tv wasnt even available to use which was included in the package.place

Bad hotel service and not clean. Not recommend.

Very badly managed hotel. Just like everyone else said, everything looked old and dirty. I found out they don't even have proper staff to clean the rooms. All of the rooms were cleaned by a couple guys after people check out. And those guys just does very simple sweeping the floor and beds, and thats why the room looked so dirty.

Expensive backpackers hotel...

Be prepared this hotel is horribly run down ... no hot water, bathroom floods - shower drain doesn't work, taps are loose, toilet has stains all over it, bathroom towels stink, sewerage can be smelt at times, no safe in the room thats worth using, no working wifi. We are not high maintenance travellers, however saying the above if you are prepared for the above the location and infinity pool is amazing. For surfers and surfing families the hill location gives you easy and great access to Playgrounds and Lacerations for afternoon sessions or early morning without the crowd. Honeymooners or anyone looking for 4 star upwards...DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! Look elsewhere.

Basic but it's location

Hotel rooms little older and basic don't expect any TV in room ! Best is location and all rooms good sea view can watch day and night. The whole island little basic don't expect many parties but for beach and water lovers it is nice spot away from the busy Bali beaches

Prix exorbitant pour un accueil très moyen. Pas de coktail d'accueil . Chambre prête a 14h. Bouffe peu copieuse . Pas de bouilloire ni sèche cheveux dans la chambre . Tres Très cher pour le peu de services rendus pas rapport aux autres qu'on a pu faire pendant 1 mois. Le seul point positif c'est que c'est propre, la vue magnifique et les piscines sont Tres belles.
