"This was a fantastic location to explore Edinburgh. Leith itself is a great hub and the flat is just a few hundred yards from The Shore tram stop - a quick zip into the city centre. Having a private parking space is a huge benefit as parting in Edinburgh is usually a nightmare. The flat is spacious and comfortable. I would absolutely come back."

"Spent five days here it’s a quiet location but connected with bus and direct airport tram connections right outside the tram passes through city centre too. There’s a shopping mall opposite with a free car park too. We walked up the main streets to the pubs and restaurants as weather was fab! The lobby, bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful every day even when they were very busy. "Hotel in general need of a ‘spruce up’, noisy and the breakfast staff weren’t the most helpful. However check in/reception was excellent, the Arran products were lovely, bar staff great and the parking was the main feature. It’s in a gorgeous location and is overall a great hotel. "I wasn't sure what to expect but this Holiday Inn is one of the best run hotels i have stayed in. I mean everything just gels here. The staff are quite honestly astoundingly good. From walking in the door they were warm and friendly and just so welcoming. The room was spotless, including tea/coffee making things. And the breakfast is wonderful. 10/10 to all of you we will be back for sure."
