The entrance for the mobility impaired is hard to find. There’s really no place to work. The work space in my room was useless and there’s no space with sofas, coffee tables, etc. It’s a design failure. Breakfast room had no charging areas for computers. "

"Clean room and great location. Hotel Bar and restaurant were average. I am confused by the amount night club bass and loud music. I was on the sixth floor and it still sounded like a club banger directly below me deposits the fact that there are no clubs or late night bars in the area. I came to the conclusion. "I really like this hotel. The location is prime and its easy to get to Manhattan. I just think the hotel needs to upgrade and do a renovation ASAP. The day staff was kind, but the night shift was not friendly AT ALL."
