"The place was perfect for what we were wanting. Our family went to visit my kid in college nearby. The location where we were staying was close to campus, and the accommodations were much better than staying in multiple hotel rooms. Plenty of room for everyone. "Wonderful Spot for a small group"

"The house was better than we expected. We had a 16month old and there was a brand new pack and play for us to use. The house was clean, organized and ready for our family. We had 9 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of room to accommodate us all. The owners were VERY responsive to all our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property!"

"We needed to move a kid to college in Boston. The town can be very expensive so staying 30 mins west was great. It offered off street parking, decent rooms, very accommodating staff. We had a problem and they remedied it quickly and with great customer service. TV’s are old but that’s not a deal breaker for us. Was a good stay."

"Picked this location because it was on the route from West Point to Gillette stadium. It was an hour closer for our son (and friends) to get here than if we had stayed in Boston and it put him that closer for drive home on Sunday. The house was great and well decorated for Christmas. My wife’s comment was that she felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. The host was very responsive (not that we needed anything). And Army beat Navy! Great weekend."

"We had a great time at the cottage and were pleasantly surprised at the quaintness of the pond and surrounding community. Wonderful stay overall! We skied Wachusett. Which was 5 min drive and Wachusett Brewery was amazing! We recommend checking the sauna hookup first and more adult sized towels! Everything else was lovely!"

"This location was very convenient, only about a 10 minute drive to WPI. We especially loved the garage parking at the apartment. We felt very safe here! Our host was very helpful and kind, as well as open to suggestions. The place was very nice, and seemed newly remodeled. We would absolutely recommend this place!! The only thing I'd point out, is that the bed and bathroom are on separate levels, so if you get up to go to the bathroom at night, you've got to go up, and back down stairs. But...

"We came down with myself, my husband, my mother and our 4 children to spend the week with our family down here and explore Boston. The house was beautiful and clean. conveniently it has the washer and drier which helped with our big family and washing our laundry!! kitchen and living spaces were wonderful as well. "Overall, the home met our needs. It was nice to be able to cook most meals (minus having to buy aluminum pans and foil) and do laundry as needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. Easy to get to and find. Kinda stinks you had to park in front of the house as there is no drive but traffic was not an issue so it was not a huge issue. Would reccomend purchasing your own paper towels, kleenex and toilet paper. We did not find extra of these during our stay and there were no hand towels for the...
