"From the moment I booked the hotel, the reception was in touch with me. They asked me if I needed help facilitating an airport transfer and I’m glad that I did. Check in was at 2 pm but our flight landed around 9 am. They were able to hold our luggage for us and although we were super tired, we were able to walk around the neighborhood while we waited for our room. The rooms were cleaned daily and very cozy(AC was a plus), breakfast was great everyday. Our interaction with every single employee was very pleasant. The only thing that didn’t cooperate with us was the mini bar. One of the gentleman went as far as getting us a replacement but I think it may be an electrical issue. Nonetheless, he replaced the drinks with cold ones and we were good to go. Overall we had a great stay. It was my sons and I first time in Paris and our room even had great view of the Eiffel Tower."

"I loved the location of the property. It felt very comfortable . We stayed in the ground floor and the room was a good size . The flooring of the room was carpet and it felt dirty . I wished they put laminate or tile."

"Staff was great, very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast available for extra charges, but not to many options. We booked room with tower view, but got a other side views, street. All room options have pictures on website with Eiffel tower, does not correspond. Rooms clean, but super small and inconvenient. Website pictures over photoshoped."
