"Lobby was a bit blah. No amenities within the hotel itself. Room was clean and comfortable."

"We were told upon checking in that we would be one of the first to stay in their fully renovated rooms, so we got excited. It is a much older hotel but they are working on it and I have no doubt it will beautiful when the Reno’s are completed. The bathtub was clean and new looking, however when using the shower it has a leak somewhere and the bathroom floors would be covered in water, along with all vinyl flooring which was very nice. Our issues were all room related- There was no alarm clock The tv remote worked sometimes, it needed new batteries There are no plug ins by the side of the beds for us to plug in electronics we needed to use, like laptop, iPad and iPhones. Even the night stand lamp that had a plug in option would not fit the new iPhone block; so that was disappointing. The ice machines are on floor 3 & 5; 3rd floor was out of service so every time we wanted ice we’d have to go to the very top. I think and ice machine should be on the first floor as well."

"Because I stayed for 8 days, the lady asked if I wanted to have the room cleaned every second day which I agreed to so there was no need to put the maid service sign up as it was documented for this. They didn’t come to clean so on the 4 th day, I requested clean towels, etc and toilet paper until they can clean my room at 1:00. They brought them but forgot the toilet paper. When we got back to the room, it wasn’t cleaned. The next morning, we were out of toilet paper. I called the front desk and they eventually brought us some. Again they didn’t clean our room. It was not done for the entire 8 days. I’ve always had excellent service at this hotel in the past and that is the reason I always stay at the tower in this location"
