Room was clean and updated. Internet was very slow and there's no way to control the room temperature. However, we enjoyed our stay, and were thankful that other guests were quiet during the evening.

Hotel was ok. We checked in at 9:30pm and the staff said that check in time ended at 7pm. We said we were unaware of this. He then proceeded to check us in. Place wasn’t super clean but it was ok.

The staff were very friendly. We needed an alarm clock and they gave us one to borrow for the room. It is right across from Super Centre. close to birding. Was under a bit of construction near the home but they were finished early in the evening. didn't bother us.

If you're looking for a low cost overnighter this'll do. Clean room low price and good location. More than one night I'd look elsewhere. Old style TV with awful picture and crummy channel selection, poor AC, no Wi-Fi. You get what you pay for.

This was a good value hotel. It was. Clean and the rooms were a good size. There were 4 of us sharing the room and the staff brought extra towels and soap for us which was a nice touch. Very convenient for getting to Point Pelee.

small inn close to point pelee national park
we stay overnight for an early morning trip to point pelee national park. The owner is very warm and friendly. The room was quite clean, but they should definitely do some "infrastructures" improvements and provide basics like tissues and shampoo, ect.. Overall it's an ok stay, you pay what you get.

Hotel reminded me of Bates motel
Our experience there was horrible. The pool was so dirty you couldn't even see the bottom. There was spider webs EVERYWHERE and at night time there was these huge spiders in them and a yellow jackets best in the eaves trough where it didn't connect properly in front of our room. We had to go across the street and buy a can of raid from the superstore to kill the spiders and bees. In the bathroom there was rust in the tub from the water dripping. The room was freezing. And the to top everything off...they double charge us! The credit card I used ONLY to reserve the room they charged after I had paid by debit the day before!

At the time of check out we explained you that yr cr card was pre authorized a day before to confirm reservation. Your bank holds the money for 2-3 days before releasing it.We even called the cr card company in front of you to confirm this.

nice motel close to my intended location, food etc
check in was speedy and efficient, the manager was friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, spacious, very clean and well cared for. although it is an older builder it was well looked after. I enjoyed my visit and would recomend to any one to stay there.

Good for last minute change, the room is old, no frills, not even a coffee machine, no ice, had to go to the office, which actually is their home, but they were very helpful, they gave me ice and I had to ask for a box of Kleenex.

I like this motel because it is very easy to access the rooms (no stairs to climb or elevators to wait for), it's quiet, and close to shopping and attractions. It needs updating, but worth the budget price. I found the room to be very clean and comfortable for a short stay. The owner's are nice and easy going. I would stay again at this motel.

Will be going back.
Arrived quite late. Greeted with a lovely friendly smiles. Very helpful with info on the area. We were supplied with beverage making facilities which were greatly appreciated. Room was very comfortable and clean. Next time we must remember to book well in advance to get a room for the birding season.

We found that the bed was very good Cleanliness could be improved, the heating system air exchange system extremely noisy, general maintence could be improved. It has a very good location.
