"Habitués aux Mercure Hotels, au regard du prix payé et malgré le côté neuf de de denier (ouvert en juin) nous avons été déçu par la présence de trop de matériaux de chantier, des travaux non finis, une insonorisation déplorable (c'est comme si nous regardions la TV dans notre chambre), la VMC non fonctionnelle, le téléphone non fonctionnel. De plus les tarifs du SPA (soins du corps son prohibitifs (plus de 300 € pour 1 heure de massage en couple) en comparaison à d'autres SPA d'hôtel Mercure....
