"When we arrived, m found our room, we were amazed at how large it was. Was. We were close to everything we wanted to do, and it was a great place to stay. At checkout we asked about getting a taxi, and we're told that taxis were nearly non-existent after covid. This is 2025. The guy running the front desk took us in his personal car down to the train station. It was great service"

"The hotel is great, however the photos on Expedia are misleading. We paid a premium for the o Ean view suite and you don't get the same view posted on Expedia. Also the picture on the front doesn't show it's on a crowded street. The hotel wouldn't budge on the 11am checkout even though my jet-lagged children were sleeping and there were plenty of rooms to be cleaned ahead of ours. "
