"The property is very nice and well equipped but could do with new pillows on the beds. We enjoyed our two weeks stay in the house. There were a couple of problems we encountered. The key safe was extremely difficult to open perhaps needs to be looked at and the other was the neighbours dogs pooing frequently in front of the garage. Having said that none of these issues spoilt our stay and would recommend."

There are plenty of interesting places to visit nearby including some very beautiful Romanesque churches and a remarkable Gallo-Roman site near Talmont. "Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour: magnifique maison décorée avec énormément de goût et très chaleureuse. Beaucoup d'éléments laissés à disposition par les hôtes autant dans la cuisine que dans la bibliothèque (nombreux livres et jeux). Le jardin est très agréable et grand (table de ping-pong et jeux d'extérieurs très appréciés ainsi que tout le mobilier de jardin). La communication avec les hôtes était excellente également et nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau! Et une mention spéciale...

"Exceptional property in beautiful rural location. 18 of our family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this delightful holiday accommodation. Superb pool, great covered/outside eating area, boules, table tennis etc. Air conditioning in one apartment building, thick walls and therefore relatively cool in the other apartment building. Really super stay. Note for English renters: Towels and toilet paper not provided as we believe is the custom in France."
