"Bar was fully stocked, Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful to all of the guests including me, everything was at good walking distance and lots of coffee shops and restaurants, but the only problem was not enough parking and very hard to find where to go needs to be assigned to fix this issue "

"I had two rooms booked for an overnight stay and the hotel was well located, clean and had good heating for the cold days in the Blue Mountains. It was well supplied with plates and cups and crockery and the bed was very comfortable. All just as expected in terms of facilities. However the service was under par. "Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Kyah. Kids made use of the basketball and tennis court every day of our stay. Kyah presented very well. Staff were all very helpful and provided fantastic service as was the food so delicious. The best scotch fillet and fish we've ever had in a while. Would highly recommend staying ay Kyah"
