The room was well presented nice and clean recently refurbished large bed very comfortable

Beautiful old heritage-style building with fireplace, vertical join timber wall panelling, high ceilings and in some areas; crown moulding. Architechturally speaking, an absolute treasure, the hotel backs onto a river. Only thing they loose marks for is that all bedrooms have only shared bathroom facilities & the onsite restaurant doesn't serve dinner on Sunday or Monday night. Room 1 is directly above a compressor unit which goes off randomly throughout the night.

Clarence River Bed & Breakfast is a lovely place to stay only 20kms out of Grafton. The property has great views over the Clarence River and great facilities. Terry and Greg are great hosts and the breakfast was fantastic. Only sorry I didn't get to stay longer.

Great value for money. Plenty of room to move. Very welcoming hosts.

Every thing was perfect. Massive bathroom. Large outdoor area..great location.

Convenient location, room was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great meal and friendly atmosphere! Very enjoyable stay although was kept awake by noise from other patrons and staff as they were up until about 1 am speaking none too softly!!

It was very noisy in the morning it’s an older property so you hear showers and noisy utes at 6sm

Beautiful location Clean and tidy

My grand daughter and myself stayed at this hotel last sat. for 1 night and it was fantastic. We were greeted by the man in reception and given our key to our gorgeous room, it was just like home. Even a good iron and ironing board. The television programs were great for my grand daughter and the beds very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to everyone l know. Great location, nice and quiet, can walk to town , only 5 minutes and very, very clean. We have stayed in many places in Yamba and...

Facilities: Home away from home; Value: Great deal; Cleanliness: Immaculate; Would definitely return.

This place is absolutely beautiful and a fantastic place to stay. The staff are fantastic especially Trudi she is an absolute legend. We stayed in the pool side villa (5 adults in total) and we were all comfortable and had plenty of room and surroundings are beautiful as well. I would highly recommend staying here if your ever in Grafton

Delightful, - really enjoyed our stay - very friendly and helpful staff.

We recently stayed 4 nights, when the whole town was booked out for an event. The managers even allowed us to add an extra person for one night, and were kind enough not to charge any more for their bed and linen which I really appreciated. We have stayed there on another occasion too, a year ago and were just as satisfied. BBQ and Pool areas are a plus and are well maintained. Its not 5 star but was perfectly adequate for our needs clean and well maintained.

I am always delighted with the Espana Motel and have now stayed there 5 - 6 times. Always spotlessly clean, spacious, lovely bed linen. Wen is always friendly and obliging. The rooms are not right up next to the highway, you can barely hear anything! And the petrol station next door always has the cheapest fuel, making it convenient to fill up and go in the morning. The car spaces are marked with yours outside your door.

Amazing location, relaxing and quiet. Perfect for for your weekend get away, close enough to town to hire a bore and explore! Only thing is because you are in such close quarters to other cabins/rooms if someone around you is smoking you can't enjoy your outdoor area or open the balcony doors without feeling like you are smoking with them.

Nice motel, very clean and quiet. Nothing more needed.

Very clean and tidy....friendly staff. Only thing is be careful on the stairs as they are very slippery in the wet, staff did warn about it though.

Excellent boutique apartments in the best position in Yamba. Tastefully decorated with designer touches. Overall 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back!

The Econo Lodge was perfect for my one-nite lay-over from Sydney to the far North Coast of NSW. I was commuting by car from Sydney, heading for Byron Bay & beyond and on the 7.5hr trip to reach Grafton, it couldn't have been easier to just turn up, check in and put your feet up. One very notable feature of the process was, I had actually arrived very, very late to the venue the day of check-in. With the typical check-in time of 9, 10am, I had arrived to the lodge a few minutes past 6pm that...
