Beautiful Lake Charlevoix Sandy Beach- Best North Shore Location

"Cute house! Great views & location on quiet bay on the lake. Nice beds, sheets, towels and pillows. Well appointed kitchen and good laundry facilities. Only word of caution - if you are traveling with a infant or toddler, the stairs to the upper two levels are challenging because they are steep and not kid-safe. The room with the crib is on the third floor and the crib is a nice wooden one, but not easily moveable without taking it apart."

"With the exception of a few things, our week with family and 2 dogs was amazing. A couple things to note, the dock broke in two spots, but no one was injured. The water pressure in the lower level was a trickle at best, so we used the master bathroom where my elderly mom was staying. And some of the cabinets where dishes were had a ton of dead bugs so it was clear the cleaning people didn’t get that area and the basement slider was full of thick spider dwellings…more than just cobwebs. And we couldn’t get any of the sliders on main floor to lock so at night we just put the wood pieces that were there as a lock. These were minor issues, but things to consider for the weekly price for this property. The location is spectacular. 70 steps to get down to dock that even my 75 year old mother managed each day! We all got our steps in!"

"This House was excellent! There were just 3 of us , using only 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, but with 5 bed/3bath it could have comfortably held 10 adults. It was clean, very comfortable and had pretty much everything anyone could think of that you would have in your own home. There were games, books and great outdoor spaces, comfortable beds and plenty of space in the kitchen, dining and living room. We booked it to be close to the Little Traverse Wheelway and it worked well for that. And there were plenty of things to see and do in Petoskey, Charlevoix and Boyne City. We didn't have nearly enough time to see all we wanted including going to Harbor Springs but we plan to book this place again with a few more people, making it even more affordable."
