"The host, LuAnne, communicated promptly and professionally with me prior to the trip and dropped off some home-made soap, which was a very welcoming gesture. I would have to say that the first impression was not as good as it could be, Garden area was overgrown and weedy and garage door was broken. The exterior gardens and lawn could use some attention. The interior was beautiful and lovingly remodeled. The linens were wonderful and overall it was very comfortable. We did have some problems with the coffeepot and should probably be replaced. The view was magnificent and we had a great time!"

"Cute house! Great views & location on quiet bay on the lake. Nice beds, sheets, towels and pillows. Well appointed kitchen and good laundry facilities. Only word of caution - if you are traveling with a infant or toddler, the stairs to the upper two levels are challenging because they are steep and not kid-safe. The room with the crib is on the third floor and the crib is a nice wooden one, but not easily moveable without taking it apart."
