"Family and I had a great stay. Very quaint and quiet. Check in was easy. The kids loved the bunk beds. They are at the top of the stairs in the hallway so something to consider as you’ll walk past them to get to the other 2 bedrooms upstairs to not wake them up. Loved the outdoors and fire pit. Great central location between Charlevoix and Petoskey. Would stay again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mulroy Lodge! The house is designed really well to make the most of The Lake. It was fully stocked with everything that we needed which is rare in rentals. It was nice that we all had our own space for sleeping and the great room/kitchen area were perfect for group hangs. Being able to walk down one flight of stairs to get to the beach is amazing. The views were as good as it gets and the Petoskey stone hunting was ridiculous. As someone who's been collecting our state stones for decades this beach was the holy grail. We found so many that we stopped looking because it was too easy. Don't worry, we threw most of them back for the next guests to find! Marjorie was an excellent property manager to work with. She made sure that all of our needs were taken care of from start to finish. Mike was also fantastic. He patiently answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to coordinate with. We've rented many nice homes on Lake Michigan over the years and this was definitely one of the best experiences that we've ever had. Our only complaint is that we had to leave! Thanks to Marjorie and the Mulroy family for a wonderful vacation! "

"Beautiful. Very clean. Great facilities. 3 full baths, but one shower was not working. Front yard needs some maintenance. Everything was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed it. "

"House was situated a perfect distance from many major areas. Quiet street and lake. Note: appears that this lake is a “no wake” lake and public ramp is NOT made for real boats on trailers. That being said, it was perfect for paddle board or kayak. We had brought our own inflatable boards but house had one already waiting along with an inflatable kayak. Great atmosphere sitting on deck that provided good shade. Yard wasn’t mowed and was quite long but mowers came on last day. This house could really use some attention to the landscaping to give it more curb appeal. Lots of overgrown plantings in front yard. Inside was clean and roomy. Second bathroom is quite small and would be a struggle for larger bodies. Perfect for young people and kids. Overall was a very nice and relaxing spot!"

"This cabin was gorgeous and spacious – very true to the photos (if not even better in person). Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen was so well stocked, we were able to cook quite a bit on the trip. We had to message about one question and Chris and Mandy were amazing hosts – super personable and responsive! Our 8-year-old was obsessed with the bunk beds and declared this the best cabin he’s stayed in – there were a ton of games and activities upstairs for kiddos. Some of our favorite times were the peaceful mornings amongst the birdsong on the porch with coffee from the adorable coffee bar. When it rained, we could still sit on the screened porch and do some grilling or sit around the fireplace, which was beautiful. It exceeded our expectation of cozy – we felt very much at home.All in all, this cabin was super clean, comfortable, fully-stocked and minutes from the lake and activities in Charlevoix – we can’t wait to stay again! "This rental by the water provided my family with a wonderful stay and superb fishing experiences! The town was just a quick drive away, with the Lake beaches only minutes from there and a five-minute trip to the winery and the amazing Argonne House restaurant. Bobby, the owner, proved to be an incredible host and one of the best I've ever rented from. He responded to all of my numerous questions in just a few minutes, and I experienced no communication problems. He showed great attention and thoughtfulness by leaving my family gifts of snacks and water! We had a wonderful experience as a family!"
