"Amazing place to stay. Mandy and Chris were EXCEPTIONAL hosts! We have stayed in a number of VRBOs and this took the cake! Quick responses, eager to meet any needs, checking in half way to make sure we were ok, kind. A WELL stocked home with all the things one might need. We mentioned to Mandy a few things we thought would make things even better, but nothing that would make or break the trip. She asked for those suggestions as she and Chris want to improve as they are able along the way. The wrap around porch was awesome! Contained both kids and dogs. Completely screened in, so bugs were not an issue! lots of space. Two full fridges in main living area, 3 if you add the apartment above the garage. Kitchen had all you needed! They even supplied a tray of fun foods and snacks as well as hot cocoa and coffee (ground and pods). Great beds and clean, comfortable sheets. extra striped towels for the hot tub users. Firepit is beautiful. They just updated much of the landscape. We enjoyed that several nights. They even put out sticks for smores. Many lovely touches that said "we are glad you are here!" Thank you Mandy and Chris. If it works out again for us all to come again, we will!!"

"Cute, clean and cozy cottage with a lovely yard and view. Quick drive to downtown Charlevoix and other areas. Good value for the location. Beds were comfortable and check in/out was easy. One thing to note is that the lake isn’t really swimmable or fishable from the shore of the house which was a bit disappointing, but there is a rowboat, canoe and kayaks provided, and several beaches nearby. Nice large fire pit with ample outdoor seating."

"Fantastic property! This was the sixth summer in a row that my daughter and I traveled “up north” for a week, and this was our best rental yet. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.The property was beautiful, well maintained, and incredibly relaxing. Having Lake Michigan right outside our door was a huge bonus—we could enjoy the beach without packing everything up and driving somewhere else. The available water toys, including a kayak, made our stay even more enjoyable.Mike was an excellent communicator, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We would gladly stay here again!"

"Was very happy with our stay… Mike was very nice and provided us all the information we needed… The property views were beautiful. The area in either Charlevoix or Boyne had so much to do. We took our pet everywhere with us and he enjoyed the beach. It was really nice that we were able to bring our fur baby."

"The place was rustic, but very nice and large enough for seven of us. Access to the lake was down some stairs and a short walk. Lake access good and dock was large enough. The only oven was wood burning. We did not use that instead using plug-in skillet and counter top oven. Tennis/pickleball courts were in good condition and kayaks and a canoe were also. All in all, a good time."
