"The Charlevoix House Northside was perfect for our golf trip. The host couldn't have been more welcoming and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was close enough to walk to downtown and just far enough away for peace and quiet. We would definitely stay again!"

"Breakfast area is small but they do have lunch trays so you can bring it back to your room. You get fruit there is one waffle maker eggs and sausage offered daily and yogurt instant oatmeal and juice. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean but walls are very thin. "

"Room was very clean and the staff was quite responsive to our questions/needs. It's an older, nostalgic, roadside inn. The motel does show it's age but served our needs for a close room to sleep in near an event we participated in. New owners are doing some work to fix it up. "

"Clean room / bathroom and very comfortable beds. Great location 10 mins drive from Boyne mountain and 7 mins walk, 2 mins drive to multiple restaurants around the corner. Quiet location. Rooms are showing their age a little but if you want a good deal for a place to stay without the frills, this is it. Self-serve breakfast, bagels/ cream cheese, muffins, snack bars, oatmeal, coffee, assorted pastries, juice, yoghurt. Perfect for us. "

We were able to easily make breakfast in the mornings before a day of skiing and then come home and make a quick dinner.
