Chalet Roossi 3 is a recently built 3-bedroom holiday apartment on 1st floor and garden levels with wonderful mountain views and an oasis of calm! Its quiet location is an enjoyable 450m walk to the centre of the family-friendly “car-free” mountain village of Wengen.

The apartment sleeps 6 - 7 people:

Bedroom 1 = 1 double king-size bed
Bedroom 2 = 2 single / twin beds
Bedroom 3 = 2 single / twin beds
Common spaces - 1 single sofa bed

All beds are European sizes.

Bathroom 1 = bathtub with shower overhead and WC
Bathroom 2 = shower and WC

Apartment location - being just a 450m walk from the train station, 400m to the nearest supermarket and 550m to the cable car and nursery ski slopes, mountain hiking trails and ski areas are just a few steps away!

Chalet Roossi’s exterior wood construction, combined with the clean lines and serene colours of the interior, creates a warm, casual atmosphere. This apartment on two levels, with its open plan living/dining/kitchen area, is the perfect social hub equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV & DVD player for your entertainment.

While the sleek new kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and all the appliances and equipment needed to cook for a group. To top it off, the sunny wooden west-facing terrace with garden access is a delightful place to enjoy al fresco dining and relaxing while soaking up the spectacular views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. What you should know...

Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if you require assistance to your chalet.

A wonderful place to stay!

Our family loved staying in this condo. It has a wonderful view and relaxing outdoor eating area. This is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows extending the great views to the inside. The condo is well equipped. The manager, Julie, is a great communicator and quickly responded to any questions we had. We were very happy with our stay in this unit and highly recommend.

My husband and I took our 2 children and their spouses. So we had 6 adults in this apartment. It was extremely clean and has everything you need for a 2 week vacation, even a washer & dryer, which was great. All the linens were great, and Julie at Wengen Apartments was very helpful with any questions we had. One night the people upstairs were very loud until 3 in the morning. I contacted Julie, and she politely explained to them that Wengen takes noise very seriously, and they needed to turn out the lights earlier, so to speak. It worked, and the issue went away. The views from this chalet are amazing, can't be beat. Would definetely stay there again, however it is a little pricey for the size of the apartment.
