"The property can be challenging, we stayed in a spa 1 bedroom which was on the 8th floor except the hotel elevator doesn’t go to this set of rooms, you have to to get off on 8 and then go up another 2 flights of stairs which was a lot with luggage. We went through the elevator, 2 flights of stairs and, 5 sets of doors before we got to the room, so challenging for us. The room itself was fine but the wall was crumbling by the window and the view was a huge machine. So not ideal. The staff were lovely they helped with the bags. Not much going on at this hotel. It is next to a cemetery, that was one window view we did get. Spooky. You are very close to Carlton Hill so we did do sundown. Its a 1 minute walk. This location was good, you’re a bridge away from the old town."
