"Bali Hai was like paradise. We had a bungalow two steps away from the sand and 20 m from the ocean. We could hear the sound of the ocean all day and night, the ocean breeze was soothing and kept us cool. The workers were absolutely fantastic helpful and acomodating. The owner was happy to share his story. The decorations and setting were super unique, authentic and amazing. All the facilities were impecably clean and the restaurant had a very diverse menu and were willing and able to accomodate...

"The staff was amazing at this property - always attentive and able to answer questions and provide what we needed. The rooms and property were very clean and peaceful. Everything is exactly as pictured in the photos. We enjoyed a ceviche class one night and they set up a bonfire for us on the beach another night - both excellent and well thought-out. The staff in the dining room and bar are so friendly and helpful and always available! The breakfast was excellent, we loved the juices and bread...

"Hotel has 12 cats. Also 3 dogs, but more importantly 12 cats :) Quiet oasis short walk away from noisy Mancora centre. Huge terrace to have breakfast, which was simple but filling. Rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, with comfortable bedding. Big shower cubicle. Staff is very responsive, my Spanish is not the greatest, so sometimes things got lost in translation, but we managed. Oh, did I mention that the hotel has 12 cats?"
