This is a tastefully decorated nice hotel right near downtown Mancora. Pool area is beautiful. Rooms have basic items but everything you need for a comfortable stay and a small balcony or porch, tv doesnt have many options but you don’t need it. What makes the hotel really nice though is the staff. They are so friendly and attentive to make sure you are comfortable.

The proximity to town and the beach were awesome! The staff were very kind and helpful, no English so good if you want to practice your Spanish. The pictures make everything look fresh but the sea elements have weathered the property, and although we’ll maintained it is looking a little tired. I would still recommend it for a short stay.

The staff is amazing in terms of hospitality, but the room cleanliness was not great. The bathroom had a opening that was like a window at top that was covered by a metal net that wasn’t even secured so ants kept on coming into the bathroom through it. We were super worried about mosquitoes every night since they would be all over our room door, which I asked if it could be sprayed but they never did. Also, I asked if the sink and shower water handles could be cleaned better since it had some white stuff, but they didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend it to be honest.

This is a nice hotel on the beach of Mancora. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and provide great service. There is a good restaurant in the hotel and the food is good and has diverse options. A place to come back

Stayed for two nights and had a great time. The property is clean and the service is top notch!!! I highly recommend the hotel. It is a place where one genuinely relaxes. The food is delicious and excellent. Private beach with rooms with ocean views. One cannot go wrong staying at this hotel. I wish them the best of luck and prosperity.

Beautiful hotel but bring your own hair dryer!

It was great, just need a hair dryer and they did not have onr. Or thr one they had was being uded. Each room should have one of thier own if possible. Othe rtbsn that amazing stay

The bedroom floor was a tripping hazard . The flooring material was popping up as I was walking. There was not enough people waiting at the tables during breakfast. We had to leave without breakfast, and the staff did not care about giving us at least a loaf of bread.

Great staff. Great breakfast. 1st issue was with our family room, which was above a garage that became very noisy in the early morning. 2nd issue was the infestation of red ants in the room. Staff used raid the the remove them which made the whole room stink and it only solved the issue for 12 hrs. All of this is in my opinon unacceptable at $200 a night.

The hotel was infested with crikets that got into our rooms and we couldn't sleep, the safe didn't work, the patio door lock was broken and the food selección was limited. Yo add insult to injury I wasn't afforded a refund for the second night even though we did early cheok out and requested both in writing, vernabyy in person and through travelocity.com and the application. Don't stay here, go somewhere else, not worth the aggravation.

Pros: Friendly customer service. Very friendly. Amazing view of the beach, AMAZING!! Very quiet and relaxing. The food is amazing. Cons: The dogs in the neighborhood will bite. Be careful. You can take the hotel taxi (for a fee) into town. However, it is only a 4 block walk. Dont risk it. The dogs are dangerous. I was shown, as an option, a “cleaned room”. The room had a used condom wrapper on the desk, I choose another room. I cleaned my room. There were insect parts on the floor. I visited during the season of the crickets. They were everywhere, even on my bed. The cricket season is not the fault of the hotel, but they can invest in better sealing the rooms and doors. Between the bugs and dogs, I checked out early.
