We would like, however, to inform you that due to the special character of our hotel, as a listed mansion -as you already know we are located in the old historic center of Larnaca- we needed to follow strictly guidelines set and approved by local authorities, in order to maintain the special character of the old-listed manor. The decoration, room facilities including the bathrooms on the old-listed manor are under specific guidelines, that were approved by the Department of Town Planning and Housing. Regarding the pool temporary closure, this was stated on our website and all the OTAs we associate with, and more specifically on Hotels.com, on the Fees & Policies section, under Renovations and Closures where the duration of the pool closure was described. To show our appreciation of being our customers, we even offered you complementary breakfast that it was not included in your plan.
