Amazing architectonic hotel

The staff were excellent. Efficient, polite and friendly. The location was fantastic and the indoor and outdoor pools were excellent. In fact the Spa had everything; a well equipped gym, a sauna and steam room and an indoor heated swimming pool. The massages were excellent. You couldn’t ask for more. A great place to have a relaxing holiday.

Good hotel with great location just on one of the best beaches on Cyprus. We were on half board. The food was good, not very varied but still very good. In overall it's a great hotel, maybe more 4* then 5*, but still great hotel taking into consideration the price we paid.

The whole customer service experience was sevond to none. Nothing was trouble for the staff, who always friendly, helpful and courteous. Our favourite hotel in protaras - fab loungers

We’re regulars at this hotel and was greeted by the staff so friendly, we only had a one night stay as we took a morning boat trip locally from protaras pier. I had booked the front sea facing room and added notes for a high level floor. Sadly we were allocated level 2 which was my only criticism- breakfast was lovely as usual - the lovely lady Adel in the Spa is always super friendly & cheery when collecting pool towels. We shall be returning soon I’m sure. The best pool and location hotel along protaras promanade - the pool team in the bar Andreas & Paul are always our favourite faces to see - 100% worth staying

Excellent location. Cleanlines was good. Had a stains on a hallway carpet, but its was not a problem.That's probably from people bring drinks upstairs. Room was cleaned every day. Pool, beach area was clean. Pool toilet was clean. Could be much better food choices, and definitely more seafood choice. Simple spaghetti was missing. One lad at pool bar staff totally ignored customers from different countries. Really enjoyed and preferred to serve only locals.

The rooms are nice and spacious, we had a lovely view of the sea. We all enjoyed the holiday. The staff however were a little bit rude on occasion, we heard staff being shouted out in the buffet dining hall and also the poor cleaner outside our room. The food was ok, not bad and not great. The sun beds are very run down with broken parasols. the hotel needs redecorating and looks a bit shabby in areas. No mini bar, no in room dining menu, internet has a poor connection, they also didn’t provide fresh bathroom towels unless you asked. The lifts also took ages and there were only 2 for the whole hotel which is very big with around 500 rooms. Not really service and facilities you would expect from a 4/5 star hotel. I would comment on the entertainment being good and the bar staff being very friendly. The location is great being on the beach and it’s a very short walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back to the area but not this hotel unfortunately unless something changes.

I would not put this in the category of a five star hotel. It is a very mixed bag. The restaurant food was excellent. The staff were not all good. Twice when I went up for desert I went back to find my table had been completely cleared including my drink. Sheets were meant to be changed every three days, mine were changed once over 10 days at my request! The bathrooms are appalling. Brown rust stains in the toilet bowl, the bath plug, and bath overflow. The cleaners didn't seem to care very much. The bath was not actually cleaned at all during my 10 day stay - I knew this by leaving a couple of hairs in it each day which went undisturbed. When I complained, the sheets got changed once, but there wasn't really any improvement in the cleaning. The cleaners were not at all friendly, apart from the supervisor who certainly has her work cut out for her, as the cleaners (for the bedrooms) seem as they just can't be bothered. Such a shame at what I am sure was once an amazing hotel. I would not pay a five star price for this hotel again.

Great hotel, location and price. Good choice of services and things to do. The only part that let down the hotel was the selection of the food and service taking dirty plates away during meal times. Other than that really enjoyable time with family and friends and will visit again!

Loved the view from my room with a calm sea

The hotel had a good location feels like you are in Lavgas, the beach is very clean, and clear water to go for a swim. The hotel staff are friendly and of big help to me on arrival. My room was great, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and dinner just need a bit of work but it was ok.
