Loved this hotel very clean and very central. Surrounded by all shops and also buggy car place. There is always place for parking. Thw pool arwa was always clean and loved the ambient

Very nice stay

nice staff and hotel was very clean. Noisy on the balcony but quiet when closed. Location is perfect, close to everything. We stayed in the superior rooms, they’re most recommnended.

Room was nice and clean and just like in the photos. Very friendly and helpful staff!! Hotel was quite noisy because of the everyday pool party but that didnt bother us much. Location was good!

Place is really nice,pool is good,but closed after 19:00 and staff is starting cleaning at 18 that is bothering to enjoy the rest of time,food and drinks are not allowed this is also not good, there is no equipment for cleaning, for example a dustpan and a broom, the linen was stained, after they asked to change it, the linen was still not clean, the breakfast was super very satisfying and varied but you can not take breakfest with you for somoene,paid is paid no matter where to eat,Good at all. Thanks!

Terrible service issue

I had a truly terrible experience from a service perspective. The facility was clean, and the location was good. However, due to an unclear issue with the payment system, the cost I paid on the check-in day was charged again the next day. They explained it as a computer processing error, and I did receive the extra amount back, but there was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience I had to go through. It felt like a discriminatory act, and I found it quite unpleasant. I do not recommend accommodations that exhibit such discriminatory behavior.

Noise but nive

This is a young people place. Loud music playing by the pool area all day! With a balcony towards there... And, you here all the bar noice all night. Who said Ayia Napa is not a party town any longer....

Room door had previously been booted off. Food was never cooked correctly. Bed was broken from day 1. No clean towels for days. No toilet roll for days at a time. Found eggs thrown at our room multiple times. Noisy neighbours. No lifeguards at the pool. Beds felt like wood plus only one pillow. Disrespectful cleaners barging in at anytime they wished.

Två veckor på Athena

Två pooler, en mindre lite lugnare. En större med högljudd musik, bar och barnpool. Högst varierad utsikt från lägenheterna, ganska små balkonger. Utrustningen i ”köksdelen” var urdålig. Hotellets restaurang var helt ok. Athenas främsta resurs är deras fantastiska personal

Fint hotell katastrofal personal

Servicen var katastrofalt dålig. Jag hade en jättetrevlig dam som vi pratade med först men sen var det en lite kort krullhårig tjej som var så oförskämd, hjälpte inte till med någonting, gick rakt in i vårat rum när jag inte hade kläder på mig utan att knacka för hon hade råkat göra något fel. Himlade med ögonen mot en och var bara allmänt motbjudande. Annars var hotellet perfekt, perfekt läge, jättefint rum och stort och det var rent.

Hyfsat nöjd kund

Hotellet var mysigt och lära till allting. Fanns en fest pool och en lite mer party pool som jag uppfattade det , vilket var skönt. Lakanen blev däremot inte bytta på hela veckan och de hämtade inte disk från vår vask. Jobbade en väldig sur kille i receptionen som var obehaglig att ha och göra med. Annars var resturangen jätte bra , och väldigt trevlig personal som försökte att fixa och hjälpa oss med att hitta vårt lokala lags fotbollsmatch
