"Staff were incredibly rude. Had to complain to the general manager. Was not the best start to our honeymoon. Reception staff told us that there was a blanket no check in before 3pm when we arrived but didn’t even take our details to check. We went to sit at the bar. And watched as around 5 different people were checked in before us. I went over to speak to a different member of staff who was able to check us before hand. "

Unfortunately, all restaurants in the mall close early! The property is old, but well-maintained and clean. Wi-Fi speed is slow!"
