"Writing I had a really pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. One of the highlights was the pool area—it was clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. The only downside was the air conditioning. It seemed to be programmed to turn off and on intermittently, which made the room warm at times and caused some discomfort while sleeping. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would still consider staying here again."

"Acoya resort looks very well maintained, big diversity of plants, trees and flowers, great atmosphere. Nice swimming pool, lots of space to sit around it, big pond with birds. Breakfast was with everything you could wish for, all fresh and on the right temperature. Tables are inside and outside. The room was perfect, very clean, fresh towels every day, quiet during the night. Had dinner with friends in the restaurant, ordered different dishes all very well prepared and tasty. Service was also very good. Life music in the evening. All staff members are very friendly. Acoya also provides several free shuttles to the beach and center of the city. "The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is the area. Shaniya who works at the front desk was really nice and did her best to make our stay better. Overall, I would not recommend, you can find better options."

"Poor meals choices. Food was very salty, tasteless. Recycled lunch menu for dinner. Food was not label so you had no clue what you were eating. Staff attitude stinks especially front desk staff. Hyaat needs to do something with this resort as it is a slump. "

"The room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. We hardly spent time in our room, but the beds were def comfortable and shower was great. Shops nearby all in walking distances from the hotel. Very centrally located to all the tourists activity esp to Queen Emma Bridge. For people looking to book this hotel. Be mindful there is parking charges but they are very minisule in parking lot in front of the hotel. 65cents per hour from (8a-6pm Mon-sat; free on Sunday and after 6pm. Would recommend to bring eu outlet adapters. We didn’t have one… luckily we were able to purchase one for $6 from The hotel. our US hair dryers and curlers are too strong of voltage for the outlet in the bathroom; so we struggled with that…. Luckily the staff provided us an extension cord to be able to plug it in the living area and use it in the bathroom… also things close relatively early in the area…so dinner after 10pm is almost impossible. But the hotel was great and area…"
