"Everything was perfect! And we had the most amazing time there. Amenities were great, we really enjoyed the gym and the gorgeous infinity pool. The staff was amazing! (bartenders, bellboys, front desk, gym attendant) everyone was friendly and attentive. The hotel is centrally located, with free parking and waking distance from, great restaurants and attractions. Our room was always clean and we received the cutest notes from our housekeeper along with towel figures every day :)"

"A beautifully classic building for this hotel. The location is perfect we were able to walk into Punda despite having a car, the walk back to the hotel was lovely.It’s a short drive from Mood beach and other beaches on that end. We were fortunate to get parking each time. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful from check in right tho the office was closed when we left at 7:45am. The room was clean and seemed recently refurbished. There was a tv, AC, a big bed, thick curtains kept the light out. The pool area was clean and I cant stop raving about the customer service from Tony and Dorian…. I hope I got their names right. We had breakfast (the St Tropez platter was delish!), lunch and drinks too. Everything was awesome. CONS: We were in the building that has rooms 25,27 etc and from day 1 we kept getting an unpleasant smell. It was like wet carpet or wet stinky gym shoes. It was so bad that each time we stepped out of our room we held our breaths until we were in the courtyard. Imagine facing this for 3 flights of steps. Reception told us that it was an old building & it happens when it rains, but no rain fell. The steps were another story. I’m not lazy but after exploring and enjoying alcohol it was a task.. OMG so many mosquitoes in the stairwells and room. I was killing them daily. Noise from the inner lobby area came up & the thin walls didnt help. I had to bang on the window to get them to hush at 1:45AM. Maybe some signs asking for quiet in that area would help."

Our room was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious yet relaxing experience. What truly set Baoase apart, however, was the service. The level of personalized attention we received was extraordinary. One of the things that impressed us most was how the staff knew our names. It may seem like a small detail, but it made such a difference. Being greeted personally throughout the property made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for rather than simply being guests at a hotel. Every interaction we had with the staff was warm, gracious, and attentive. The service never felt forced or overly formal—it was effortless, genuine hospitality. The entire team has mastered the art of anticipating what guests need while still allowing you to completely relax and enjoy the experience. Celebrating our 8th anniversary at Baoase was everything we hoped it would be and more. It gave us the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate our marriage in a truly beautiful place. We have stayed at wonderful luxury properties over the years, but Baoase is one of those rare places that stays with you!"
