"This property has excellent views and is cozy and comfortable. We were able to take a walk up the slope to the 5506 Bar which we love. All the deer on the slope were beautiful. It was a very enjoyable, relaxing 2 nights. "

"We had a great time at this property. First, a note about "roundhouses" generally--they are not huge properties. The size was perfect for me and my wife. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. and we were very comfortable. The owner has provided some nice amenities--lots of TVs, bedside phone chargers, nice dishes and glassware, and a neat (but fake) "fireplace."We spent much of our time on the great deck that overlooks the town and surrounding mountains. We never got tired of watching folks come and go, plus we had a resident woodchuck, a couple of chipmunks, and a massive eight-point buck and his family with us every day. Lots of hummingbirds, too. Communications with the owner were prompt and effective. Super nice folks who are eager to see their tenants happy. It was a great time and we will return next year."

"Great location, excellent communication, plenty of towels. Sunsets were pretty and there is a nice stream below but sound was overpowered by traffic noise and nearby construction. It is definitely lacking space of closet/wall hooks or shelves as others noted and some window shades wouldn’t stay up. We enjoyed hiking and disc golf on Beech Mtn and it was cool enough even in July to relax in the hot tub afterwards. Lots of deer in the neighborhood! "
