"Dennis happened to arrive at the house the same time we did so we got to meet him. He was very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. We were in town visiting family and the home was in a perfect location for us. The neighboring roosters constantly crowing from early morning was the only downfall, but that's out of Dennis's control. Just suggest that you take ear plugs if you plan to stay here and are a light sleeper. "

"This house had everything we needed for our two week stay. Host was more than accomodating and hospitable. Cleanest home we have ever stayed in, comparing to our last 6 visits to Lake Placid. Very peaceful, and the back yard makes you feel at home. Beds are very comfortable, and the house is close to everything you need for gas, groceries, or local shopping. The host has done a very good job on this rental for our visit to Lake Placid. We had a very good stay at this home. Most definitely would come back to this host, and home. Thankful for this host and his efforts to accommodate our stay."
