"The cabin is tucked away near 3 other cabins on the edge of the property in thick rainforest. The cabin is super clean and private and close to some walking tracks. You can expect to see lots of padamelons and birds. Just a heads up you won't get Optus or Vodafone from the cabin, but that's also a good thing. By far the best rainforest retreat I've ever stayed in. "

"Absolutely wonderful accomodation in stunning surroundings and the perfect retreat for my elderly parent from the Elm House wedding venue. While everything within the ‘treehouse’ was top notch quality, we struggled to warm ourselves in the evenings with the fire place, and only one heater for three bedrooms. Additional blankets were needed for this particularly icy weekend. "

"Extremely disappointing experience.From the beginning, communication was poor and frustrating, we had to resubmit the same paperwork multiple times, and there were repeated requests for additional or duplicate payment. It was clear the property is managed by an offshore company, which made resolving even simple issues incredibly difficult.After hours on the phone just to gain access to the house, we arrived to find blocked drains and sewage overflowing — an absolutely unacceptable condition for any guest.I would not recommend this property or its management company."
