"The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. But the building is old, entrance of the hotel feels sketchy - it needs some updating. Pictures on the ad is not consistent. Looking at it right now and comparing it with the actual, it looks AI generated. OVERALL, stay was ok."

"Rooms have been renovated and were pretty nice. Our room had a kitchenette and it only had a small frying pan and small pot nothing big enough for two people barely even big enough for one but other then that everything was good. Owner was super friendly and made sure we had one of the better rooms which was nice, I asked for a room on the bottom and some cuterly and he was able to provide that for us so they are accommodating. There is a decent sized parking lot in the back, room was clean, prices are fair. Our stay overall was good and I would probably go back if needed. "

"Fantastic little Gem. We came for the water slide (travelling with a little one) and really loved all the nice touches around the property. Our check in was quick and smooth and front desk was more than helpful in all the ways we needed. A special thank you to the staff member at front desk for helping us with a small issue at the pool. You really ensured we were able to enjoy our time. We noticed an awesome coveted bbq and fire pit area that was being enjoyed by other guests. Our room was very clean. I very much appreciate the decaf option in our in room coffee station. We didn’t participate in breakfast but it smelled wonderful. Lots of parking. "

"The staff at the Coast Bastion Hotel was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We received excellent service here. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room included air conditioning and we were able to adjust heating to a comfortable level. The view of the inner harbour was wonderful. There is a local mall, theatre, and restaurants, with some local retail/gift shops. Breakfast was not included but there is a very good restaurant on site. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel was not cleaned. I was surprised when I opened the toilet there were drops there and not from mine and I has to clean it by myself Also there were little hairs on the towel in the washroom. It was gross i didn't use the towel at all. I am disappointed for the experience at there."
