"We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff. The villa itself was exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views that are simply hard to describe. Waking up each morning overlooking the ocean was something truly special. The food throughout our stay was incredible, with every meal beautifully presented and consistently delicious. It really added to the luxury experience. A very special thank you to Bill from the service team, who went above and beyond to help curate and manage our experiences, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip. "Good location if you want to be away from crowds & party scene. It is a drive 30-40 minutes to get to more restaurants and action. We loved our stay there. We met the executive chef Nui and she made us a custom dinner focused on shell fish forward. Incredible. All the food on their regular menu was as equally delightful. Highly recommend this resort."

"Misleading Photos of the home! The primary view is obstructed by a house that is currently under construction directly in front of the ocean view. While the home is spacious for a family there are several critical details missing from the listing. 1.) 75% of the the ocean view is gone. 2.) There is only one bedroom on the main floor; the two other rooms are downstairs only accessible by an external stairway. We had to forgo the master bedroom as we couldn’t leave our two kids on the lower level alone at night. 3.) The pool is failing as the grout is deteriorating and leaving piles of tile grout sand on the floor of the pool. Overall it was a disappointing stay as even the photos were obviously very dated. The local Thai house manager “Tan” was amazing and very helpful upon arrival and answered all of our questions. To the host: please advise future guests of the major view obstruction, advise guests of the construction noise from 9am to 8pm and update the listing photos. Overall not a disaster stay but disappointing."

"Room was beautiful and spacious. Loved the bathroom, the rainshower was great, double sinks made getting around an ease. The lighted mirror was helpful. Great amentities, the twice a day cleaning ensured you never needed anything The view was absolutely amazing. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. "

"The room and the hotel in general were clean. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. They offer a variety of activities, including a bike ride on an easy route. If you want to relax in a quiet, peaceful place without a lot of people, then this is the place for you."

"Colin was a great host. Extremely helpful with any questions we had before arrival regarding trips, adaptors, car hire etc, and then again when we arrived. Colin also arranged a boat trip for us on Christmas Day. This was a great day out with amazing food. Resort villa was in a great location with a nice pool. Would definitely stay again. "
