"Breakfast should be included for all guests. I found a wrapper from the previous guests toiletries in the shower. Toilet did not flush well and we had to ask twice to have it fixed. The blanket used for the pull out bed felt like it was made out of sandpaper. The male who works the desk at night not too friendly. "

"Very good staff! Have a nice quick breakfast every morning to get the day started. Parking was safe and secure! Would defiantly stay hear again! Enjoyed our stay at The Best Western Plus Bluffton/ Hilton Head Hotel Okatie, South Carolina."

"The resort was beautiful and clean. Great beach good food at the restaurants. The pools were cold and we were there mid April. The kids didn’t even want to go in the pools. They need to work on heating these pools. The front desk was severely understaffed, but they were super friendly. The elevators were down three times and our six night stay. "

"The breakfast was enough if you like what they have. Little biscuits were good with several choices of jam which was great. That bacon one day and maybe sausage the other. They always had a yogurt parfait section of a simple. Everybody seemed to eat at the same time so it was tough for them to keep up with demand, but it did feel like they put care into everything they did and made. "

"Staff was excellent, rooms have been updated and were comfortable/clean. Pool area restaurant/bar had good breakfast/lunch options but are pricey. Enjoyed the water bottle fill station in lobby and armband for room key is a nice update. Only stayed for one night to see some friends that were there, wouldn’t be my first choice but was overall a good stay. "

"Clean, friendly, great breakfast and pet friendly. A little bit of a walk to the beach, the pictures make it look like it's on the beach but it's about a mile walk."
