"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable although the pillows were a bit hard. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choice. Great location for a city visit."

"Stayed here for a gig in Liverpool, in terms of the hotel building and furnishings, it's starting to show it's age a little, could do with a refurb, however for the cheap price we paid, I didn't mind it. Staff were absolutely lovely from start to finish, 10-15 mins walk to the nearest Merseyrail station for links into Chester and Liverpool. Overall would recommend if you're looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful in the Wirral."
