"We stayed in the Garden Room, in mid May. The room is very rustic and while it would be great for a stay in spring or summer, we were very happy to only be there one night. It was comfortable (great bed) but very cold. I would suggest looking very closely at the photos on the website, and perhaps staying in a room in the house if you have a couple of nights in Yass."

"Property is on the older side but still a nice place to stay on our way through. Parking was great for our larger van and the gentleman at reception was very nice."

"Our stay in a Tiny Home on Lea and her family’s property was lovely. The place was small but had everything we needed, and had the most glorious views. Waking up to sheep grazing and birds chirping was entirely restorative. The location gave us ready access to the local areas of Yass and Murrumbateman, with plenty to do (and eat and drink!) Lea was friendly, communicative and hospitable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"There is a small enclosed yard, but it is not attached to the house. Dog had to be on a lead to get to the yard, which was challenging at night. there are many other dogs on the property and although contained, they barked a lot at night. The space did not feel private as there are many other dwellings on the property. Would suit a small dog ok, but not our dog of working breed."

"We left and asked for a refund. Things they didnt mention - no fires allowed - no toilet (sandpaper toilet) - no power (they have lights but you cant plug in your phone or anything else for that matter - bbq broken"
