"The strong smell of the air was off putting at night like mold.. and the ceiling had gyproc panels haphazardly installed with plaster edges splattered around each panel edges, made me wonder if they had had a ceiling plumbing leak at one point and hastily repaired the ceiling.. The air unit to heat the room during my stay at the beginning of March with -10 C weather.. was noisy. The room was bare bones, one small uncomfortable chair to sit and watch TV without going on bed, and small surface side planks 12in. by 12in. to put your stuff on beside the bed. Phone took most of the space. Ok for a single person for an overnight to get on airplane early. Bed was ok, but a bit stiff. "

"A solid 3 star, imo. Service was very good. Room was clean enough and good enough, but appears the refurbishment was a few years ago. Of the 2 rooms, one bathroom door didn't close for example. Breakfast was unexpectedly quite good. It was very close to the subway making it a great location to stay while visiting downtown for a game or concert...which was our need. In the end, for the price, i would go back."

"Everything was mostly OK with the hotel itself. But the shuttle running only ever 30 minutes, despite being 2 minutes away from the terminal, is ridiculous. Especially since it gets full and not everyone can get onboard. This is basic stuff for an airport hotel and absolutely shameful that they can’t get this down."

"Excellent location, near the Airport. Complimentary Shuttle service is very prompt and efficient. Entire front desk Staff are Exemplary. Fully and Friendly Bilingual. Greg is a wonderful Host - very informative about the area and city. Kim was a Gem, and a skilled professional in helping me successfully mitigate an extra night stay that I needed. All Staff were polite, positive, personable and helpful. I had one of the nice King Suites; which was super roomy, very clean, comfortable and accommodating. Nice medium size refrigerator and microwave. Shower and bathtub. Very good value for the area. Complimentary Self Service Breakfast was well stocked; and constantly attended to and cleaned. Pretty cool location - only a super short stroll away from a nice IGA Market (with mega beer and wine selection), Walmart, Mega+; and including several restaurants - from famous Nickels Deli, to downhome Duffys Bar, to McDonalds, and more choices. The Hotel also offers a convenient self service coin laundry service, on site. Nice amenity. Very reliable Bus Service to lovely Downtown Montreal from the Airport is the convenient #747 - affordable and safe; with ticket options that include multi-day passes, that also include access toMontreals’ cool Metro (Subway) Network. For my first time Montreal visitors experience, the Quality Hotel and Suites met my needs and expectations, and was easy on the ‘pocketbook’ - and made my trip very special. "What a perfect hotel! We loved the convenient 24 hour shuttle (only 5 minutes from the airport) and the driver was so helpful and kind. Check-in was effortless. The spacious room (two queen sized beds AND a lovely sitting area with couch), was clean and beautiful, it had abundant electrical outlets, and really stylish lighting and fixtures. The breakfast buffet in the morning was superb. It was not included in the Expedia price, but it only an additional $11 per person (an incredible deal for what you got) and it was fantastic. It had a ton of healthy options and protein, from two different types of "egg bites" to boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon and exceptionally good sausages. The yogurt, hot oatmeal and cereal had about 20 different topping options, which we all had fun with! There was also french toast, multiple types of really good breads, hashbrowns, who knows what else I have forgotten. There were multiple milk options, an absolute plethora of different juices and the usual hot drinks. I can honestly say that I am not sure if I have ever had such a good buffet in a hotel. I can easily recommend this hotel as your best option for the airport area. "
