l´emplacement, la terrasse malgré le froid. une chambre agréable avec terrasse, mais literie vieillissante ! le calme normal a cette période.( avril) la literie qui n´est pas en très bon état, et le lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas , pas de placard dans la salle de bain pour rangement de produit et le rideau de la baignoire qui ne tiens pas et tombe sans arrêt. il n´y a pas de congélateur .

Appartement idéal pour superbes vacances en famille

La localisation, les terrasses, les équipements, la literie de la plus grande chambre Rajouter quelques petites cuillères, changer le grille pain qui risque de mettre le feu et à déjà abîmé une prise avec nos prédécesseurs, remettre un grand parasol fonctionnel pour la terrasse. Retrouver les clés pour le parking. Pour une meilleure sécurité des jeunes enfants mettre à disposition une barrière amovible ou un panneau de bois pour bloquer l'accès du couloir entre les deux terrasses.

Le service de l agence toujours très bien. L emplacement et les 2 terrasses super pour mettre la planche de surf. A savoir si l on peut le relouer l année prochaine

Super nahe Strandlage, Appartment in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage ist super, weil man direkt Zugang von dort zum Strand hat. Von der einen Terrasse kann man etwas auf den Strand schauen, aber keinen Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und sieht nicht mehr so gut wie auf den Bildern aus. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, wenn auch alt. Allerdings schläft es sich auf dem Bett (nur ein kleines DB kein Etagenbett!) im 2.Schlafzimmer nicht so gut, die Matratze ist sehr durchgelegen.

Schöne Dachterrasse, Appartment etwas verschlissen

Das Appartment bietet für drei Personen viel Platz und besitzt mit der großen, umlaufenden Dachterrasse ein echtes, attraktives Highlight. Leider ist es schon in die Jahre gekommen, was man am Verschleiß der Einrichtung und der Sanitärtechnik bemerkt. Ein echtes Ärgernis stellt die Tatsache dar, dass der Mieter einen ausschließlich französischsprachigen Vertrag zugeschickt bekommt, nachdem die Anzahlung bereits abgebucht wurde. Obwohl dieser Vertrag inhaltlich (insbesondere bei den Zeiten für An- und Abreise) gravierend von den Angaben bei FeWo-direkt abweicht, weist die Agentur im Anschreiben darauf hin, dass er unverändert akzeptiert werden muss. Dieses Geschäftsgebaren ist unseriös.
