"I visited with my two children (ages 4 and 6). We found the location perfect for all the places we planned to visit during our stay (museums, Cosmic Adventures, Parliament Hill, parks, etc.) Our drive to our destinations was never more than 20 minutes away (except for driving to Gatineau during peak times, but this was understandable). The hotel met all our needs. My children were disappointed with the limited entertainment (TV) options within the hotel, but that was just for in the evenings when we returned from our adventures from the day, so low on our priority list. I communicated with hotel staff several times before our visit to adjust the dates of our trip, and they were incredibly helpful and friendly both before the trip and during our stay. We loved our trip and can't wait to revisit Ottawa. We would definitely return to this hotel. "

"The room is excellent and very easily could work for up to 4 people. The kitchen is excellent and the beds are great. the only drawback is the television service (ROKU) is basically useless. It takes 10 minutes to "warm up and boot" and then it sits on a mystery page and doesn't respond to the remote. It would be better without a tv or bring yourself an HDMI cable and plug in your laptop. Aside from that everything is awesome."
