"Location was great with a short distance to Empire 47 (16 mins) and SDM (24) MTB areas. The place is definitely used and in need of some maintenance but overall suited our purposes for a bunch of MTB'ers. The Hot tub and grill were in good working order and the large living room/dining/kitchen area were very accommodating. We did find the deck area rather tiny for all of us (8) but the view from the deck is great. Note that the driveway can only handle 3 cars max and that's with some creative parking and you can't park on the road. Cool spot, served our purpose and would rent again."
