"Definitely recommend staying here. It did not feel like a hostel, more like a boutique hotel. The beds were comfy, friendly staff and a very nice terrace to hang out. "
"If you want to stay at an amazing boutique hotel, this is it! The staff went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great restaurants within walking distance."

"Hi highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel near Old Town Quito. Mario and Blanco were fantastic hosts from helping us during our very late arrivals, to a wonderful breakfast each morning, helping us with suggestions on where to go in Old Town, making our dinner reservation & transport to the airport. All were perfect! "
"Beautifully maintained property in a traditional building near the Historic Center of Quito. Beautiful woodwork with modern and traditional art in the rooms and hallways. Plumbing, bedding and wifi are all modern and completely functional. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast are delicious. "
"The electrical outlets are old so it is hard to charge devices , it is very clean and has antique charm they made us feel safe . There is more than 2 floors and this affected us getting the room needed because I was not able to climb stairs the water had great pressure but hardly was hot at all "

"We stayed at Hotel NH Collection Quito Royal for several nights and had a good experience. The hotel is clean, and comfortable, and the location is good, close to many nice restaurants and coffee shops.
The staff were all very friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed.
Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service was excellent.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito."
"The facility in total is exceptionally nice and inviting and open, and well laid out, the list goes on and on! The service by the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was the prefect place to start and end a trip to the Galapagos."
"Check in super easy, staff very nice. Room is nice and clean as well. (Minor things I don’t like personal preference :I don’t like rain showers cause I don’t like to get my very long hair wet and the head is so high you can’t adjust it. The doors are paper thin so you do hear what is going on in the corridor.) That being said I still would come back here again."
"Honestly, I was really impressed with this place. It was walkable to a lot of the attractions and if not, it was a really quick ride the place as well preserved really pretty made me feel like a princess while I was there. The breakfast was great and extremely inexpensive."
