"Easy instructions provided before check in, the reception is at the sister hotel. Mouton Blanc breakfast is also at the sister hotel. Staff were very helpful and happy to answer questions and help.
Room was clean and had everything we needed.
Shower gel and soap in bathrooms but no shampoo and conditioner. Beds comfortable, wonderful luxury to be able to walk around the island after dark when all the crowds have left!"

"A very special place. If you want something that is an experience I highly recommend! Bernard and Ignacio are excellent hosts who have done a tremendous job in repairing and restoring this beautiful Chateau. Breakfast was superb and the view of Mt St Michel is extraordinary. Can’t recommend enough"

"They upgraded my room to one with a private bathroom free of charge due to most of the hotel being occupied by male construction workers. It was greatly appreciated. Only downside is the location, as there is nothing around except a few grocery stores that close early and the closest bus is a 20min walk away. Aside from that, it was a great little spot and the staff was lovely! "

"Bouceel Castle was a splurge stay for my wife and I but we only planned on staying 1 night in this area and it was well worth it. We were so impressed with our room, our view, the grounds, the decor... it was a shame we only booked one night. The highlight of course was learning about the history of the home and it's original owner. Very interesting and very sweet that he took the time to share it with us. What more can I say? It is a very special place. However, and perhaps most would consider...

"La Jacotiere is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Mont-Saint-Michel. Located on the mainland, this small but lovely property is at the edge of the countryside, away from the crowds but a short walk from restaurants and the bus to Mont-Saint-Michel. It’s also walkable to the island, if preferred, and has a wonderful view of it from the grounds. To top it off, Véronique, who runs La Jacotiere, is wonderful. She's friendly, professional, and knows the area very well. I highly recommend this property. Merci, Véronique, pour ce merveilleux séjour ! "
"Amazing location of course! Should have packed a lighter bag for the 2 nights as we had to haul our 2 roller bags up several flights. Otherwise wonderful experience and superior service!"
"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. We were in the main building with a room that had windows on the ramparts with people walking by 10 feet away…but it didn’t matter because you can just draw the curtains and you’re not the"
"Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff! 2 km from Mont St Michel. Free shuttle bus to MSM but easy flat walk. Had a wonderful 20 hours there!"
