"Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue realmente encantadora. El lugar es muy bonito, con habitaciones cómodas, limpias y con esa sensación de tranquilidad que uno busca cuando viaja. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue el servicio, especialmente en el área de los desayunos. Tuvimos la fortuna de ser atendidos por Dana, y su carisma fue algo que marcó nuestra experiencia. Es de esas personas que te reciben con una sonrisa genuina, que te hace sentir bienvenido desde el primer momento. Atenta, amable, rápida, pendiente de cada detalle… de verdad que elevó nuestra mañana y el servicio a otro nivel. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, fresco, variado y muy bien presentado, pero lo que más se queda con uno es esa energía especial que transmiten las personas que aman lo que hacen. Y Dana es exactamente eso: una joya dentro del equipo. Definitivamente regresaría y recomendaría este hotel, especialmente por la calidad humana y el servicio que recibimos. "Clean, modern trendy hotel in the heart of El Poblado. Very nice and attentive staff. Appreciated all their help, especially Alejandro at the front desk. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of security up front making it feel very safe. If I had one suggestion, it would be having a dedicated concierge to organize tours and a front desk. The ‘front desk’ is a young person with an iPad sitting by the elevator. Also would have liked recycling bins for bottles in the hotel. But other than that, very happy with the choice. "
