"Unique, incredible, high end hotel! Highly recommend this urban oasis! Featuring a breathtaking atrium and spa-like ambiance, the Click Clack is hip yet luxurious. Staff is lovely, very friendly and thoughtful. I’m just learning Spanish - all staff spoke English fluently but took the time to help me improve the small amount of Spanish I do know. Jeff who is on staff for breakfast in particular was great! Food & beverages are quite good, with delicious breakfast, Mediterranean and Thai dining on premises, along with craft cocktails on the rooftop bar. Pool was closed until 1:00pm for maintenance for multiple days and schedule did not permit me to use - but I peeked in and the layout looked fun (shaded day beds, bar and whatnot) albeit somewhat compact. Security protocols at the property were very rigorous to ensure safety of people and property, while still feeling welcoming. Perfect location in a fantastic neighborhood with loads of fun bars, restaurants and culture. The experience is relatively expensive (e.g. craft cocktails are nearly San Francisco prices) but absolutely worth the cost. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Medellin and am eager to check out their property in Bogota! "
