Staff on reception, at breakfast and cleaning were all great and attentive. Our suite room was spacious, with a great coffee machine and toiletries. "This is a very nice hotel in the walled city. Views are beautiful and the food is very good. Service was nice but a bit unorganized. We had some trouble with our room so they upgraded us to a suite. This is an old property (formerly the bishops house) and needs some upgrades like carpet and paint, par for the course with these older properties."
