"We had such a lovely stay at Cadlao Resort. The service was truly wonderful and everyone was so warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We felt really well taken care of. The food was delicious and we enjoyed everything we tried. The spa was probably one of my favorite parts. It was so relaxing and honestly one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in a long time. The resort itself is peaceful, beautiful, pristine and such a nice place to come back to after a day out. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again."

"A good, clean hotel with excellent service! There is a beautiful view of the beach! Breakfast was good, but dinner was not tasty. The only downside was the lack of a restroom near the reception—very strange for a hotel of this class, and it was quite inconvenient having to walk so far to use the facilities. Another major issue was that the air in the restroom was unbreathable due to an excessive amount of chemical air freshener; the chemical odor was so strong it stung the eyes—it felt like one could actually suffer from toxic poisoning from the fumes! Everything else was good."

"這次入住愛妮島的 H 飯店，整體設施讓人印象深刻。我們特別喜歡他們的頂樓景觀酒吧 Piece of Sky，傍晚上去喝調酒看夕陽非常舒服，氣氛真的很放鬆。飯店也有提供合作的健身房，設備還算齊全，下午沒事可以去動一動，晚上再去 H Signature Spa 按摩，非常方便。房間內的私人景觀陽台視野很好，可以直接看海。飯店的公 共設施跟地點都滿方便的，走路就能到海灘和市區逛街，是一次很不錯的住宿體驗。"

"I'm giving this 5 stars mainly due to the STAFF ! the people working in this resort has amazing customer service skills! from the front desk, restaurant, cleaners and everyone here is excellent. Special mention to Ian the one who drove us around. People here are polite, respectful and very attentive to customer needs. If I can just suggest few things.... Pls provide a bigger Safe to accommodate at least a standard size laptop.. and.... Better locking system especially in the backdoor esp that the shower has exposed roof. Other than these 2, everything here is perfect!"

"One of the best getaways ! And this property and staff made it happen. Gorgeous views and such a perfect location that every minute of the day came with its own new look. People at the property and in general all Phillipino people are so warm and welcoming . Norvin , Dorito, Mee choo at reception were great but every one ( and there were lots of staff ) is were great. Only feedback is they should not charge for tea bags especially when stay is long and in room amenities don’t have enough bags to last the trip . Otherwise perfect !!"
