"Staff very helpful and professional. Beachfront property and location is in nice area of vanilla beach. They have sunset happy hour everyday. Breakfast with good selection. Expect to walk up the stairs like a hike. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Everything was great, decent walking distance from where all the action is. When we arrived I did think I got scammed. The outside of the hotel definitely needs to be updated. You know what they say, it’s the inside that matters. Inside is clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was decent. Would stay again "
"The free breakfast buffet was amazing every day we stayed here. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating! Definitely one of the nicest hotels you could stay at in El Nido!"
"Hotel not sutable for guests. No hot water. No food or drink available. Dirty. Smelly.
Booked 3 nights. Stayed 1. Still waiting for refund. Messaged Hotel.com numerous times. Still waiting. Will not use them again."

"Rooms seams a lil old but they should've maintained it. AC doesn't work right on our first night. THEY NEED A BETTER BREAKFAST AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA. Great view! Laundry across the street. "
"The staff service is unquestionable. Everyone is friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean and pleasing to the eye. Staffs are very attentive to guests needs and can be messaged 24/7.The road going from and to the property is not the most pleasant but they provide 24/7 transport which really helps. The property is very quiet and relaxing. If you need a place to relax, unwind and just enjoy silence, I recommend this resort!"

"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room initially assigned to me the aircon wasn’t working properly. The maintenance crew arrived very quickly and assessed the issue. The management decided to change our room rather than us wait the two hours for repairs. We really appreciated their efforts to ensure our comfort. No issues with anything else"
"It was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in my life with the exception of not having an elevator. We had to climb about 6 stories of steps up the side of a mountain but worth every penny. It was the most beautiful view from a hotel I have ever seen. When you get to your room you really find it hard to leave your balcony. My recommendation for the next person is dress for the beach and leave a bag with dry clothes at the front desk so that you only need to do the climb once a day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was the best I have ever had in the Philippines. I have been traveling to the Philippines for 14 years and normally not very impressed with their food but they are always wonderful people "
"Perch El Nido has magnificent views - the only downside being that it is at the end of an unsealed road up a hill. The accommodation staff more than make up for that by providing a shuttle service down the hill. Very communicative and super helpful, I'd more than recommend this accommodation. My mum and I had a fantastic time."
""I had an incredible stay! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking view—it was truly unforgettable. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming at every turn. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping, or even the security guard, everyone went out of their way to greet me with a smile and show genuine respect. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. I can't wait to come back!""
