"The Pangulasian Island Resort was prepared/well organized for our arrival to the resort (group of 5 including a 22 month old baby). First of all, there was the welcoming group arrival & departure greetings. Secondly, the resort made extra effort to locate our luggages misplaced by the airline that handled our transfer from the airport to the Lio Jetty. Thirdly, the resort understood the speciifc needs of our group with a dedicated escort/guide from start to finish. We look forward to re-visiting the resort in the future."

"The staff and the hotel is GREAT!!! The only complaint I have is the airconditioner NEEDS TO BE CLEANED WITH DISINFECTANT. many hotels don’t realize that when the smell of mold and mildew (common in tropics)is coming from the aircon that means the guests are breathing in mold and mildew spores which can make guests sick. I was put on antibiotics and was sick for a week. Highly recommend this happens or I will not be staying again. "
